When you’re researching the types of senior living communities to determine which might be right for you, make sure you ask yourself a few simple questions:
  • What kind of lifestyle am I looking for in my retirement years?
  • What are the benefits of owning and maintaining my own home? What are the drawbacks?
  • What matters most to me? Maintenance-free living? Community connections? Location? Access to health care? Luxury services? Cost?
  • Do I have a plan for my future healthcare needs if I need higher levels of care?
  • How will I plan for my future and protect my savings and other financial assets?
