A Plan That Grows with You
Most people who become Charter Member depositors at Belle Springs aren’t thinking primarily about care services. They’re thinking about lifestyle, community, and the freedom that comes with a simpler way of living.
That’s exactly the right reason to be here.
What the Life Plan model adds is this: When care eventually becomes relevant, the plan is already in place. You and your loved ones don’t have to figure it out under pressure, move to a new facility, or navigate a crisis. The continuum is part of what you joined.

What It Means to Age in Community
Life does not stand still, and your needs might change over time.
Our approach centers on helping you maintain your independence as long as possible, while providing access to additional support when it helps. That means: Aging in community is a different approach from aging in place or moving between facilities as needs change.
It means staying in the same community, among neighbors, friends and staff you know, while having access to increasing levels of support as your needs evolve. The transitions are handled on campus, by people who already know you. Your environment stays familiar even when your care needs change.
At Belle Springs, that’s how the Life Plan model is designed to work. It doesn’t remove the possibility of change. It makes change less disruptive.
- You remain in a familiar community with neighbors and staff you know
- Additional support is available when you want it, without it defining your daily life
- Should you need physical therapy or other rehabilitation services, they’re conveniently available on campus
- The financial plan already accounts for those transitions from day one

Planning for the Future
A dedicated Memory Care neighborhood is planned for the Belle Springs campus and will open when the independent living opens.
It’ll be designed to provide compassionate, structured support for residents experiencing Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia, with an environment built around security, engagement, and dignity. The care team will be trained specifically in memory-related care.
Belle Springs Life Plan residents who need memory care services will have priority access to this neighborhood when it opens, as part of the same Life Plan that governs all other care transitions.

A Life Plan Community?
One of the most meaningful things a Life Plan community provides isn’t a service. It is a shift in how you and your loved ones think about the future.
When the care continuum is already in place, families worry less. Adult children stop wondering what will happen if something changes. Spouses stop carrying the weight of that question alone. And residents are free to focus on living fully in the present, because the future is already accounted for.
That peace of mind is not a small thing. For many Charter Member depositors, it’s the deciding factor.
Steady Plans
Care is designed to stay in the background at Belle Springs. It’ll support your independence without defining your daily experience.
The community you’ll join is built around living well, staying active, building relationships, and enjoying the freedom that comes with a simpler way of life. The care continuum is part of what makes that possible with confidence.
The support will always be close. It simply does not have to be the center of the story.
