Ms. Watts joined HutsonWood Management in November 2024 as Chief People Officer, where she is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s Human Resources. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources across healthcare, senior living, and education sectors, Ms. Watts brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining HutsonWood, Ms. Watts served as Chief People Officer at Aviva Senior Living and has held HR leadership positions with Horizon Bay Senior Living, Brookdale Senior Living, Senior Lifestyle Corporation, and Lone Star College System. Ms. Watts is passionate about shaping organizational culture, driving talent development, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Ms. Watts has a proven track record of success in managing HR functions across all areas, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, and performance management. She holds a BA in Sociology, a MHRM, and an MBA.
