Belle Springs senior living community will offer a full-service and amenity-rich experience designed to enhance the lives of senior adults who call it home. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also referred to as a Life Plan Community, Belle Springs will offer independent living in a variety of residential options, including single-family cottages, duplex villas and thoughtfully designed apartment homes, while also offering the certainty and peace of mind of having access to comprehensive long-term care, including assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing & rehab care, should it ever be needed.
Who owns Belle Springs?
Belle Springs is backed by the folks at HutsonWood, a Nashville-based not-for-profit organization with deep experience (35+ years) providing the best housing and care options for healthier and more vibrant communities. We’re excited to see our vision for Belle Springs come to life, and we want to bring you along the journey with us.
What kinds of fees do Belle Springs residents pay?
Residents pay a one-time refundable entrance fee. Beyond offering lifetime use of their residence and community areas, the refundable entrance fee also guarantees residents will have priority access to assisted living and health care services whenever needed. Residents, or their estate, will receive the refundable portion of the entrance fee. Complete details concerning the refund procedure will be reviewed with you prior to occupancy.
Do I own my residence at Belle Springs?
While your investment in your Belle Springs apartment may feel like a real estate transaction, it is actually an investment in your future lifestyle. Your partially refundable residency deposit entitles you to access all of the amenities and levels of care that Belle Springs provides. And since you don’t own any interest in real estate at Belle Springs, you no longer have to worry about paying rising real estate taxes.
What is included in my monthly service fee?
Your dining allocation provides you the freedom of choice to enjoy our beautiful dining room, the more casual Bistro, our private dining room, and our to-go market; regularly scheduled housekeeping services in your apartment home along with linen services; in-house emergency call system; transportation services; and cultural, educational, volunteer, and social opportunities.

What is the difference between a cottage and villa?
The primary difference is that cottages are freestanding single-residence homes, while villas are duplex homes. Both will be located in a beautiful neighborhood environment on the Belle Springs campus. Both offer an attached two-car garage. And residents in either home type will have access to a neighborhood clubhouse and pool, along with all of the great amenities and services available on campus.
Do you allow pets? Is there a pet policy?
We love pets! Dogs and cats will be welcome at Belle Springs, and are sure to be among our most popular residents on campus. All pets must have their shots, and no history of aggressive behavior. Ultimately, all pets will be required to go through an interview with the executive director of Belle Springs. If you have questions about other pets, just ask one of our Senior Living Advisors.
What happens if I run out of money/outlive my money?
Because of Belle Springs’ status as a not-for-profit Life Care Community, you will have the peace of mind that if you should run out of money through no fault of your own, you will not be asked to move from Belle Springs. You will be asked to pay what you are able—this may include drawing down your refund or moving to a smaller residence—but HutsonWood will make up the balance to ensure you never have to leave Belle Springs for lack of ability to pay your monthly service fee.
What amenities can I expect?
Belle Springs will truly be an amenity-rich community. Just a few of our planned amenities include a pickleball court, multiple dining venues, an art center, a Day Spa, multiple fitness centers, a neighborhood clubhouse with a pool and furnished outdoor lounge, outdoor walking paths, dog parks, firepits, gardens, a covered pavilion, beautiful landscaping throughout the community, campus security with concierge monitoring during business hours, and so much more.
